What happened to HDD prices?

A hard drive that I took 5 years ago (Western Digital WD1501FASS) for 3k rubles now costs 20-25k everywhere (Yandex market, ebay, amazon).
The rest of the HDD did not seem to have risen in price much (only for the difference in rates), and this particular one is 7-8 times.
What's the magic? What happened to prices? Another flood?
