What format should I format USB for large files?

Good afternoon! Tell me please. In what format do you need to format a USB flash drive on OSX with the ability to write a large file, from 4GB. FAT32 & exFat do not allow. And if I format it in NTFS on Windows, then on a poppy I can’t write anything to it. How to solve the problems of this one?
