Windows apps on Mac OS?
There is a PC with MacOS 10.15.4 Catalina. I have JailBrake installed so I can install applications NOT from the AppStore and unsigned drivers. So it turns out that Microsoft first burned the MS DOS source code and the craftsmen immediately wrote Freedos and burned WinApi and the community wrote Wine, which runs Windows Api on other systems. But for some reason, I could only run the 2003 Freelancer game and the electronic geography manual on Wine. And how to configure Wine correctly so that you can run: hmailserver, Metro Exodus, World of Tanks, MTA San Andreas, Unity engine, 3D compass, Unreal Engine and Adobe programs?!
Please tell me how to live Apple phage?!

Unity, Unreal, Adobe programs, and so on, there are Macs in their native form.
About games - if there is no support, then you will have to tinker a lot and no one guarantees the result. Although there is a solution for the same tanks, JUST GOOGLE.
hmailserver and in general everything that is somehow connected with services / daemons - I would recommend running it in a native OS or in a container.
Danya, are you tired of shooting yourself in the foot? THEN wsl, now this... Use the tools as intended!
Firstly, why jail, without it, you can do everything.
Secondly - the best Windows emulator for Mac OS - from the Paralels program (you will find it on torrents)
Yes, it requires more space and resources, and deploys a virtual machine, but this is the best option in my opinion
