How to solve the problem with the rights on the hard drive?

Good day!
I installed wine, the ~/.wine folder has user rights, conditionally user.
You need to transfer the prefix to the hard drive.
The hard disk file system has root permissions.
When creating a prefix, it displays an error

wine: '/mnt/1EE69E6CE69E43C5' is not owned by you, refusing to create a configuration directory there

What is natural in principle!
You can't run and create prefixes under root!
How can I create a prefix on a hard drive?

No one answers, I will offer my theory. Through chmod change the rights of the directory and create prefixes in it.
