What Fingerprint Scanner can be used instead of a magnetic card reader?
There is software, employees to work in it are authorized by cards on a magnetic card reader. There is a proposal to replace forgetful employees with fingers that are harder to forget. The reader works as a keyboard emulator (we opened a notepad, swiped the card and saw what is written on it), the difference is only in the prefix and suffix of the information on the card. Perhaps someone came across a fingerprint scanner that also works on this principle (roughly speaking, (opened a notepad, put a finger and saw a set of characters)?

There are no such.
The fingerprint reader sends a lot of information to the computer, and the computer uses the database to compare fingerprints.
If you want to emulate magnetic cards, you will have to put a whole computer (or its emulation) between the reader and your software
