Is there a biometric identification technology with the criteria described below?

1. The technology must identify a person precisely by the eye (using a conventional webcam).
2. From the data received after identification, md5 is obtained and used as a password (like a regular authorization system: during registration, the password is not saved, but its md5 is saved and not the password is checked, but its md5) - this increases security. THEREFORE, for each identification, the same md5 should be obtained (exception - if the eye was damaged).
3. False positives can be neglected, let the technology be the most amateur, because you still need to enter the login, and the eye is the password.
4. Don't even ask me about the license! Do not think about the fact that there are no programs - biometric identifiers in the public domain yet.

You described not the criteria, but the principles of work (these are different things).
"On the knee" to assemble this is a simple matter (moreover, all parts, both software and hardware, can be found ready-made), but it is just as simple to deceive this system using a photo of a person, because no one needs it.
The security level of this is about the same as a lock, the cast of the key of which you hang on a nail next to it.
