How to play video from ip camera on android 4.0?

There is a d-link DCS-933L camera. It can produce mjpeg video (video.cgi), flv video (h264.flv) and audio audio.cgi (with a huge delay if you listen on a web page and exactly 47 seconds). I need to play this video on an android tablet, preferably just on a web page. Please tell me the ffmpeg commands for converting video to an acceptable format for android. Playback is streaming, "on the fly".

If it really gives the stream, then open it in vlc.
