How to choose a system for authorization by fingerprint?

Please advise which system to buy for the following tasks: I have a home computer running Win 8.1. It has 3 accounts. Fingerprint authorization is needed, initially no one is authorized, after someone lifted a finger, Windows should immediately log in the corresponding user by opening the desktop. If while user "X" is logged in, user "Y" raises his finger, then the system should block the account of user "X" and log in user "Y" with the entrance to his account. I assume that you need some kind of USB fingerprint scanner. There are a lot of them on eBay, but I couldn't find any reviews. Can anyone advise on this? We need something cheaper, but not quite miserable.
