What extra. choose a monitor for macbook air to work with graphics?
Good afternoon, I'm trying to decide on a monitor for Macbook Air 2017. The
monitor is required mainly for working with graphics (photo processing, banners, logos, etc.) and for video editors like Adobe Premier.
I must say right away that I choose the monitor not for myself, but as a gift and the budget is quite limited, up to 15,000 rubles.
And so, judging by the analysis of the data, I realized that I need to take a monitor with an honest 8-bit matrix.
(although after climbing on the photographers' forum, I found that they generally don't pay much attention to this in most cases and recommend buying monitors even with 6 bit + FRC )
Based on the budget, I focus on 21-25", respectively Full HD.
Selected the following options:

As promised, I am publishing a review on the Iiyama ProLite XUB2395WSU-B1 22.5" monitor.
I chose it because of the 10-bit matrix (8 + frc) and the aspect ratio of 16:10
+ based on the recommendations that a 21.5" FullHD monitor is preferable for a poppy, than 24 "FullHD.
I bought it as a second monitor for Apple Macbook Air, not for myself, but as a gift.
I must say right away that I prefer to order from well-known / reliable stores so as not to run into counterfeit / gray products, I probably won’t shine the name of the store so that they don’t count as advertising. Now,
closer to the point, what I can say:
There is a small backlight at the bottom left of the screen, but it is very weak and noticeable only on a completely black screen in a dark room, objectively - if you don’t look for backlight, it will even be impossible to detect .
There is a Display Port cable, which is good, the color reproduction is excellent compared to TN, but it does not leave the feeling that the colors in general are a little dull chtoli, calibration probably needs to be done.
Dead pixels were not found, there is no squeak or third-party noise either.
As a picture, there seems to be a slight difference between my ASUS VP249HE (6bit + frc), but not fundamental and I'm not sure about objectivity. I tested both monitors by connecting via a VGA cable (mine was initially connected via VGA, and the video card does not have a Display Port output). Then, though, I connected my ASUS via HDMI and the image quality improved, but in general, I think only a professional in most cases will find differences between 6bit + frc and 8bit + frc, but yes, the gradients have become smoother))
I don't know what else to add, if you have questions - ask. In general, I am satisfied with the purchase, now I really need to be puzzled by the calibration, but for the price, in my opinion, an excellent solution!
I will try to supplement the review after calibration and make a photo comparison with my current ASUS P249HE
1) To be honest, I'm not familiar with all the monitors on your list. From well-known brands, for your task, LG has been producing monitors tailored specifically for Mac for many years. And from the players who recently broke into the market, you can look at the Xiaomi brand. They also have a very wide range https://topbestgoods.ru/luchshie-monitory-xiaomi/
2) Answering your second question: between "8 bit + wide diagonal" and "10 bit + not so wide diagonal", personally I would I chose "8 bits + wide diagonal", because the difference between 8 and 10 bits is not so significant, and I just like big monitors, it's a habit.
