Why does the monitor button light up, but the screen itself does not work?

When you turn on the PC, the monitor button lights up blue, that it is turned on and working (for information, yellow is standby mode), but something quickly flashes on the screen and then just a black screen, although windows is loaded and the working one is already open. I press the button to turn off / on the monitor, the desktop flickers and again the black screen. I reboot - everything is ok. When working with a PC, this is not the case, only when turned on. What could be the problem?

The monitor is not correct. The backlight driver failed - possibly due to dried capacitors. When turned on, a short pulse passes, but the circuit does not work stably and turns off.
Typical malfunction - send it in for repair.
It is also recommended to check on another, obviously working, PC - in order to completely eliminate the fault of the PC.
