What external ssd do you recommend for lenovo g570 laptop?

Here's how my system is loaded.
I don't want to pay more than 2 rubles for ssd, but advise whatever you think is necessary. Will I be able to transfer the system to ssd on linux solus, but leave some of the programs on the hard drive, in general, how problematic is it to rearrange the system from one disk to another? Is it possible to put programs on Linux on another disk?
