What is the best SSD drive?

I choose a dedicated server. The specifications are the same, the drives are different:
1) 2 x 512GB NVMe Gen3 x4 SSD (Software-RAID 1)
2) 2 x 480GB SATA 6Gb/s SSD Data Center Series (Software-RAID 1)
Which is better? What are the differences?
UPD: a lot of entries in the database. Up to a million records per day

no difference, not knowing the task
for very, very many tasks, and HDD is enough
if so abstractly, then NVMe is a faster technology

Looking for what.
Not enough data to say which drive is better.
You need to know the disk model and the exact tasks on which it will work.
Without this, they are approximately the same, there are no obvious advantages.
