How to set SSD m2 as a system disk in the BIOS of an HP laptop?
Good afternoon!
I purchased an HP Pavilion 17-ab423ur laptop. It has a Sata m2 slot. I bought an Adata Gammix S5 512 GB SSD. Connected. Windows sees it. Cloned the system to him. But in the BIOS I can not set the OS to boot from it now.
How to do it?

Usually there are two priority lists in the BIOS - by device type (here, you need to set hard drives first) and by the drives themselves (here, set your M2 first). However, sometimes these lists are combined.
But this may not be enough, since the "active" attribute (i.e. bootable) must also be set for the system disk / partition, since it is not at all a fact that this attribute will be copied during cloning. This is done by any partition manager, say, Acronis DD.
