TRIM on SSD in mdadm RAID 1?

Got a question.
TRIM in soft raid 1.
I found what it is:
TRIM is support for in all new versions of mdadm.
I have another question.
For example, I need to install PROXMOX. To install it on raid 1, you need to create this raid in advance.
Therefore, you need to install PROXMOX on DEBIAN.
But.
A raid can also be created using the installer itself. During the installation process, the disks beat perfectly and are combined into raids.
But it turns out that the raid is not using mdadm, but the raid through the installer, that is, it turns out that the trim will not work?
How about through mdadm? It turns out you need to install debian on 1 ssd, completely. On it already put mdadm, and after its means create a mirror by connecting the second one? Then will TRIM work?
It turns out that only the second installation option is acceptable?
And then what? When debian upgrade to proxmox. In prox, navigation is through a web interface. Will mdadm continue to work correctly? Will TRIM continue to work?

So through the installer, a RAID is created via mdadm

You say that as if the installer will make raid something other than linux raid (aka mdadm).
Trim support under linux raid is a matter of the linux kernel version (well, maybe even some extremely non-standard kernels).

I ask because I don't know.
So, through the debian installer, absolutely the same thing is created?
But I thought mdadm was a standalone utility. It doesn't come with the distribution. It also needs to be installed separately.
Support for mdadm was introduced from a certain version 3.6 in the 16th mine.
That is why the question has arisen. There are a lot of topics about this, but for 15 years (I can get confused in numbers)
So a raid will be created through the installer using the installer's tools.
