Hello,
Please help me with the choice of equipment for organizing a small office network for up to 30 people. Parameters:
1) Channel from the provider 250mb optics
2) Call center for 20 people (sip telephony and cloud PBX from binotel)
3) 2 wifi points
What we want to get:
1) Give priority to the Internet channel to IP phones
2) Gigabit network for individual computers (up to 10 people)
3) Seamless wifi
4) Printer support over the network
5) Traffic balancing, so that a person would not offend other employees when uploading a large file
6) An important point, we have mail on mail.ru for business and from Ukraine it is not available without a VPN. I want to organize access to mail through my VPN server (for example, on digital ocean) and drive all other traffic directly.
7) VPN connection to the internal network for 2-3 people
I'm looking towards MikroTik and TP-LINK for business.

Take Mikrotik 3011, where you want a gigabit network, you can buy a gigabit switch. And vpn and pnioritet traffic will be. Good luck ;)

I would organize everything on Unifi since it will completely cover all the points, and there is less messing around with it
