Communication with an expert in Terminal.ru?

Good day to all!
Please tell me how the connection with experts is organized in Terminal.ru stores.
There are handsets without dialers, as soon as you pick up the phone, you contact an expert.
By googling, I found that the tubes are TP-K from Commax. But this is just an intercom connection, their range is no more than 2 km.
I just want to organize something similar at home, but how it is and on what it is implemented is not clear.

Buy any analog phone without buttons. Install Linksys SPA 2102 or SPA 8000G, configure them as clients for your SIP server and in Linksys' Dial Plan enter S0 <:1234> where 1234 is the number that will be dialed automatically when you pick up the phone.

I think any IP-PBX supports the functionality of auto dialing a hunt group when the handset is lifted ... What is the question?
