Is there a separate queue for each number in Asterisk?

Greetings, Comrades!
Nubovsky question on Asterisk actually in the title. It is clear what a call center and a queue are: The left number is made, for example 1001, and in the queue settings for this number, local numbers are clogged and then an extension is made in the dialplan. This is clear. But what if you don’t need to organize a call center, but you need to make two lines on local numbers. Those. if I now make call-limit = 2 in number 100, it will turn out that if I talk to someone and the second person calls me, then he will just have beeps, as if I'm not there and I'm not picking up the phone even though I'm on the phone at the moment. Accordingly, if there is call-limit=1, then the line will be busy and the call will be rejected.
I suppose it would be stupid to make a bunch of new numbers like 1001-1 *** and add a queue with 1 phone number to each of these numbers, and then add all this bunch of numbers to the dialplan in a separate line. Is it really possible to do it differently?

@Franciz

A primitive option is to make call-limit=2 and play music to all callers.
A more advanced bike - before dialing a number, check if it is busy. If busy - play music for 10 seconds and check the number again. The main thing is to repeat this business n times, and not indefinitely.
Or a little differently - we leave 2 lines and check for occupancy of the number. If the number is not busy - do Dial with beeps, otherwise do Dial with music.

Certainly.
Though the cascade from queues.
But you better think about the logic of processing incoming according to the business process.
