Maybe someone has information about the creation of payment terminals? I would like to raise my services as a payment terminal with its own graphic design and various options, for example, money exchange.

To create a terminal, you will need:
Case
Computer (without case - motherboard, processor, memory)
Bill acceptor
Fiscal registrar (although some get by with a printer, but this is not legal in Russia) GSM
modem (or other device for connecting to the Internet)
Coin acceptor if necessary
Oops
Touchscreen, monitor
A bunch of wires.
In general, I don’t recommend creating everything from scratch, it’s easier to buy a ready-made one at the factory, and, if necessary, modify it to fit your needs.
The question was not asked about software, but still: writing software is much more expensive and more difficult than assembling a device.
