How to draw up an Agreement with a foreign customer - an individual?

Hello!
We want to conclude an agreement with a foreign customer so that he transfers the payment immediately to my IP foreign currency account in the bank. He is also a kind of sole proprietorship in the States. I would like to know if there are any fundamental differences between the contract with him and the contract with the company? What nuances should be paid attention to? Maybe someone has a similar standard contract?
Thank you.

Do you have a currency account? You cannot accept funds from a foreign legal entity or individual if you do not have a foreign currency account. He will not be able to pay you in rubles, and you will not be able to accept in dollars or euros. A vicious circle is obtained.
There are no fundamental differences in the agreement. Unless, of course, the laws of the country of the counterparty do not contradict the laws of the Russian Federation and are described in the contract.
UPD: I see about the currency account. Read about the agreement above.

Much depends on your choice of jurisdiction, ie. if the contract is violated, then you want the court of which country to consider your claim? If your customer, an American entrepreneur, has no assets in Russia, but "has something to take away" in America, then it makes sense to conclude an agreement that you can "enforce" in the USA. If you need legal assistance in the USA, we will be happy to provide it. Here is our page: spetslaw.com/ru
