What engine/constructor to choose to create a game, if there are clear criteria?

What technology to create games to choose? No programming skills. But if it is necessary within the framework of technology, then I will study it. But I would like to say about the framework, I am limited in time. There are about 4-5 months for everything (study, development, production, release) - the whole idea has already been thought out on paper, it remains only to revive it. Interested in 2D. Below I have given the criteria that I have identified for myself.
1) Fast development / study
2) Good documentation, training materials.
3) Cross-platform
4) Minimum or average work with the code.
What do you recommend, with such criteria? Answers like learn Unity without arguments and explanations will not be taken into account. Write what, how, and why in favor of one or another choice. Thank you.

For 2D, I personally recommend Construct 2 (I don't have much experience, but some people make good games with it). The learning rate is very high. For cross-platform, you need a subscription, but you can use a pirate (but I don’t know how it will affect if for commercial use).
There for the place of programming is a drag and drop system. Everything is very simple: you just need to add command elements and set parameters. I learned how to use this constructor in a week, and then only on Russian-language training videos. To create maps, I advise you to use the Tiled map editor
( www.mapeditor.org/) , the documentation for creating maps is on the site.
