Hello, I was recently at an interview (junior seo specialist), they asked basic things, the basics of internal / external optimization, about redirects, relinking, links, etc. But this was only the first interview, the second one will be held directly with the head of the department. As I understand it, it will be more serious with the manager, since he is unlikely to ask the same questions that he asked hr at the first interview.

I would ask any case. What is your promotion strategy and why? We moved the client this way and that, there is no result, how will you move on? What would you suggest to this client? What is the Panda Algorithm? Why do you think ACS is superimposed and what are the signs of a site with a filter?
