What educational programs do you know?

Hello!
More and more often I think about getting a second education or going on some program in order to improve what I already have and just improve my language.
But Internet searches turn up nothing. Maybe I'm just looking in the wrong place, I don't know.
So I decided to ask here:
Have you had a similar experience (work and travel, foreign universities, online education, foreign internship)?
If so, please describe in detail, what is the name, where did you find it, what kind of resource, how much does it cost, if it is paid, is it difficult to get there, etc. etc.
I think it will be interesting not only for me, and in the future you can even write a generalized article on this topic on Habré.

What is your main specialty? What are you striving for?
My advice depends on this.
Your question is on the topic of the day. I just decided to upgrade my skills. I chose Digital October and their lab of new professions with invited world experts.
After November 15, here I will share my experience of how the "kitchen" of such training is arranged. How helpful were the lessons for me?

I usually hang out on cursera and lingualeo. On the courser I took econometrics, data science, a couple of humanitarian courses about the American constitution and terver. I read books on lingualeo and maintain the English language at an advanced level, now I’m reading Adam Smith’s main work in the original lingualeo.com/ru/jungle/adam-smith-wealth-of-natio... And I’m an economist by profession)
