What does this error mean in phpstorm during validation?

Installed Xdebug for php 7.2, in theory via sudo apt install php7. 2-xdebug (details https://freshnotes.top/2016/12/ustanovka-i-nastroj ...), but in phpstorm 2018.3 when validating it says (based on my searches what this means) that the xdebug version is not suitable . How to put the right one?
