What does outsourcing work look like?
Now I take projects on oDesk, serve the customer's task, estimate in time, constantly clarify points in the process of work, offer my options on how best to do it, as I see it.
What does outsourcing work look like? Here recruiters constantly come to me, like there is a project, we are forming a team. Who knows what cooperation with them looks like? What experience and is it worth it?
I understand that someone has a project and they are looking for people for it, i.e. they include in its cost the time that will be spent searching for a team, then someone changed their mind, someone disappeared, the employees didn’t work together before, they didn’t share something, they do something too differently ...
I still understand if they were looking for formed teams, but I can’t find them yet, can someone tell me how

In my opinion, all the interviews on Upwork (oDesk) in which they offer to join the team are an attempt to get rich on your work. When such invitations come to me, in the end it turns out that the client is an intermediary, he himself took a large project and gives it to other freelancers, while doing nothing himself. Well, maybe I just got unlucky.
If the client is not an intermediary and he just needs to make a project, he will not write that he is looking for a person to join the team. He will either write that he needs to make a project and will look for a team, or he will break the project into parts and will look for a specialist specifically for each part separately, and then he will combine the results of various freelancers in the process of work. Also, a freelancer may, for example, not have time to complete an order and look for an assistant for part of his project. However, in most of the cases described above, you as an employee will be paid less than if you were looking for a job yourself.
But despite this, outsourcing a team on Upwork is really and quite popular. To do this, freelancers are united in teams (or the manager, the team director personally collects and agrees). And this association occurs BEFORE the project is taken. After the team is assembled, after that, projects are already being searched for the team's stack. Thus, it is not the team that gathers under the project, but the project is supported by the team. In this case, your salary as an employee will not be lower than usual, because the team builds partnerships for a long time and takes on more complex and highly paid projects, thereby paying the time of the team manager and increasing the income of each of the participants.
