Career in IT

What does an experienced enikey need to do in order to become a security guard or an admin in 4 months?

Situation:
22 lvl, secondary vocational education in IT, worked for half a year as an enic and a year and a half as a data center engineer. At the first job, he helped users and repaired MFPs, at the second he fiddled with blades, installed firmware, rolled up the OS.
I quit my job half a year ago, I wanted to enter a cool university, I flunked the exam, I will go to work again.
Given:
Money left for 4 months.
I know Linux at the RHCSA+ level (prepared for RHCSA+RHCE courses, but didn't pass). I know basic python. Once knew the basics of C++. Excellent English. I have never administrated real systems, only my virtulaks and raspberry instead of a router.
Target:
I want to develop in safety, but neither education nor experience. I’ve been reading channels about news in information security for a long time, I’ve bitten a bit in the virtual machine metasploit, I’m roughly aware of what’s what in general, but there is no understanding of any specifics on how to build security or test something.
After 4 months, you need to find a job as a security guard (can't believe it) or as a network/system administrator. I won't be able to go to techpod again, and I don't want to be an admin in a company for 1.5 people with WinXP and 1C. I live in Nizhny Novgorod.
Question:
Tell me, is it realistic to become a junior security officer in some area with my data in 4 months? If so, please advise the path and materials for self-study.
If not, how to prepare for (in the broadest sense) administration? Poke virtual machines in Windows and read a course on CCNA?
Or is it worth looking into python programming for an intern? But is there a connection between such work and work as a security guard?
And is there an opinion that in the regions it is almost impossible to find a normal job and you should immediately try to go to Moscow / St. Petersburg?
TL;DR A non-engineer without a tower does not want to get into a tech support, or into a sharaga, or into a loop. Help what to do?

Do not know.
It's not IB, it's not even close to IB. It's like "I looked at the scalpel, now I'm a surgeon."
I don't believe it right. No one will hire a security guard without education.
No.
It's possible.
Well, yes, basically.
First of all, forget this idiotic slang of the level of teenagers from Lurochka.
Secondly, to develop in the direction of system administration, forgetting wet dreams of security, where without v / o there is no way, the security guard is not only "I installed Kali and I'm a Hakkir." If the experience of enikey is at least one and a half to two years, then there are chances of finding a job as a system administrator in a small office or an advanced enikey in a large one.
And there already - zaochka on IB, if you really want to.

I will join Ronald McDonald and add:
1. Have real knowledge in the direction you are interested in.
2. You must clearly understand the obstacles in your career and how to level them.
3. Have the opportunity to demonstrate your prof. suitability (knowledge, certificates, diplomas).

And how would all correctly written in the answers. But I haven’t seen any kind of security guards, both in terms of education and skills, so a certain flair and image of elitism formed by the answers causes a smile. Simply, as in any profession, gouging abound.
But the author still should not hope. It is better to go to interviews and most of the questions will disappear, there you will find out what you are worth and what you can count on. And the best thing you can do right now is read up on how to write a resume and behave in an interview.
