What do you need to write a CRM program on Bitrix?

Greetings!
I am engaged in the creation of websites and online stores on WordPress. I mainly use templates and modify them a little. Superficially versed in HTML, PHP, CSS. I can find a line in the code to edit it, but create blocks, hooks, etc. from scratch. I don't know, I don't know. I had a chance to work with a ready-made large online store of one company on the 1c-bitrix system (I was engaged in SEO). I saw, so to speak, from the inside the platform and the admin panel. Over time, having understood, I understood how to edit some elements. But again, I didn’t know how to create something separately on my own (hooks, requests, elements), there is not enough knowledge. But the hired programmers did it easily and expensively :)
The bottom line.
I got the idea to create a CRM system on 1c bitix with integration into the site (a redone admin panel for data entry distributed by access, a well-developed database with filtering and fast unloading, integration with other sites and unloading and, accordingly, a site for the client side). I spied on one program made in bitrix and I want to recreate a similar one completely on my own. I think that bitrix is ideal for ideas and recommendations for using other crms, etc. brush aside.
I allocate myself half a year of deep immersion for the task. I want to solve the issue of training as much as possible without investment. Start with free courses, and then fill in the missing gaps with paid ones if necessary.
What languages do you need to know fully to accomplish this task?
I know that 1s Bitrix has its own courses on the site, and I will definitely pass them. But I'm sure they won't be enough for my task. I want to use the 30d trial version of bitrix as efficiently as possible and therefore first comprehend the necessary knowledge in the basic part before the trial installation of this CMS.
Thanks in advance for advice from those who are in the subject.

1) What languages do you need to know completely to complete this task?

- here I answered, in fact there in the answer just for you. To accomplish your task, you will need to write your own modules. Preparation, I think you will take a year or more. If you do this in your free time from your main work, then your preparation time will increase by two to three times.
How to learn php and 1c Bitrix?
- you have an erroneous perception of deadlines, at least twice as high for preparation and plus another deadline for implementation.
- the most important point, and how will your CRM be better than other popular and promoted ones?
- it makes sense to look towards the Bitrix 24 box and learn how to implement and refine an existing CRM product. Estimate, see the number of modules that will be required for the basic functionality of your own CRM.
Install a demo boxed Bitrix 24, look at the picture of the world, i.e. functionality and modules.
- it will be difficult for you alone, so you will need a team.
- so you could not figure out how to finalize an online store, and now imagine the complexity of developing your product.
- you cannot change anything, but only expand the standard features of the system, create your own modules and components for the administrative part.
- you need to understand that Bitrix is a closed Bitrix framework and finished products based on it. Therefore, either make extensions for finished products, or modules for new functionality. Making your own management system for CRM is probably worth using free frameworks, but here comes the moment of protecting rights and licenses.

Superficial knowledge of HTML, PHP, CSS

Somehow I learned to change the wheel without assistance.
I got the idea to make a bus out of my dad's penny.

You have a great idea and I totally understand it. As a system developer https://cms-estate.ruI can say that the choice of "1C-Bitrix" as a platform can be justified if you are targeting medium and large companies that need a CRM system for ownership and need deep study. Those. when the client is "mature". This is an order of magnitude more difficult than creating and maintaining a service where all clients work within a single system. CMS-ESTATE is a CRM system for real estate agencies, which is offered to the property, which I started doing 6 years ago, and from that moment I stopped getting enough sleep to put it mildly :) I have a feeling that you are talking about CRM for real estate, because. to. I came out on this topic by catching your activity on my site. In general, first of all, you need to understand who your client is. If medium and large, then in this case your competence should correspond. And this applies both to the development itself and to understanding the business of its customers. I hope that I understood correctly - what you want to do is a CRM system for a specific market. Otherwise, I don’t see the point in doing another Bitrix24 on Bitrix, i.e. universal system. Here you will not be able to compete.
In general, the result: a CRM system for 1C-Bitrix should be done only if it is specialized (for a specific market) this time. Two - it should go to clients in the property, which means a focus on "mature" clients whose requests are higher than your current competence.
My advice is to start with a cloud service, where you can "cheaply" close a narrow range of tasks for undemanding clients, gain experience.

Knowledge and experience are needed. Now you only have motivation at the start, which may not be enough for the first two points, and it will be like in a meme about JS - "I'd rather be a prostitute."
Lenin's parting words will help you, and then, as you grow, you yourself will understand how and what to do.
Well, not half a year, but rather more, based on the context of everything that is written here.
