Overclocking

What difficulties can arise in the operation of a computer at a negative temperature?

I want to install the system unit on the balcony. There is an air cooling of the processor, so I want to overclock the percentage for rendering by the ambient temperature. The balcony is not insulated, but with a double-glazed window. That is, the temperature there is average between the street and the room.
What difficulties can arise when a computer is running at a negative temperature? Fear of condensation.
Briefly about the system unit:
Motherboard: Asus z87 plus Proc
.: intel i7 4770K

The only problem is the temperature of the hard drive. I do not recommend to go below 15 degrees for the screw (do not forget that the screws are heated and their temperature is higher than the ambient temperature) If the SSD is on the drum.
If the temperature is below -15-20, then there may be problems with the fans on the plain bearings - the grease will thicken. Everything else is electronic and works, with the exception of some nuances, at temperatures up to -200.
Condensation will not fall out on the system unit - condensate falls on the surface below the ambient temperature. And you have it not lower and even higher.
But regarding the idea in general - overclocking 4770K will hit the lid more, i.e. the effect of the balcony will be lower than that of removing the processor cover. Because of the cover, it can become that a 20-degree drop in the environment temperature will result in a 5-degree drop in the processor temperature. Read the articles of my good friend on this topic, I recommend:
www.overclockers.ru/lab/55351/Izuchenie_njuansov_r...
www.overclockers.ru/lab/56827/Izuchenie_vliyaniya_...
then draw your own conclusions. I would advise you to remove the cover, overclock to the maximum, then evaluate how much the processor scales from voltage and only then shamanize with a balcony. And then maybe the balcony will give + 100 MHz, which you will not notice. Then it is better to throw it on the balcony to reduce the operating temperature as such.
Please note that depending on the cooler, the liquid in the heat pipes may freeze in the region from +5 (bad coolers) to -10 (good ones). Below all heat pipes, the liquid freezes. The efficiency of the cooler drops sharply and overheating is possible. Monitor the temperature of the processor.

if the PC will work constantly, then everything will be fine, if you turn it on and off, then the possible formation of condensate, you need to bring it into the apartment to heat it and then turn on
the PC on the balcony has been working for more than 2 years, everything is buzzing

The hard drive may fall off. The operating temperature must be greater than zero.

the balcony is good)
I had the same concerns about condensate and a bunch of others in case of "what if it's minus 30?" wires are lazy.
there was an aquarium of 200 liters, took up space how much in vain. He was sent to the balcony, then calcium chloride was poured into the inside of the aquarium with a layer of a centimeter, a plastic mesh was placed on it like a sink, then a system unit, the wires were brought out through the plastic cover of the aqua (two holes were drilled), the gaps were filled with sealant, it reached almost complete tightness)
Temperature on the balcony it never drops below minus 15, in the aquarium it’s somewhere around -10, if there is a suspicion of a strong, strong minus, I turn on the aquarium lighting for the night, but this is an extreme case.
3 years worth, works. last time I touched the system unit a year ago - I changed the absorbent))) I saw it at the same time, since the aquarium itself is hidden in a closet.
