Power supply for Ryzen 5 2600 + RX580 overclocked. which to choose?

Gradually I will update the PC from 2200g on the built-in to a more or less gaming one.
What power supply would you recommend for a gaming PC, not with extreme overclocking of the processor, video card, RAM?
I haven't chosen a mother yet, but it will be a budget one based on the B450 chipset
. The system will also have:
3-4 drives (m2, sata, ssd)
6-9 coolers with rgb
4 RAM slots
Here I chose some of the first five in priority so ... .

But as mentioned above, without the svg it's a shot in the leg.

In fact, everything is very simple. You can handle it yourself. We take the classic list of equipment.

  1. Motherboard
  2. CPU
  3. Cooler
  4. video card
  5. HDD
  6. SSD
  7. RAM

We go to the website of the manufacturer of specific equipment for the characteristics of energy consumption.
Example:
  1. GIGABYTE Z390 UD, LGA 1151v2, Intel Z390, ATX, Ret
  2. INTEL Core i5 9600K, LGA 1151v2, OEM - up to 200 W
  3. DEEPCOOL GAMMAXX 300 FURY, 92mm, Ret - 1W
  4. SAPPHIRE AMD Radeon RX 580 , 11265-05-20G PULSE RX 580 8G OC, 8Gb, GDDR5, OC, Ret - up to 225W
  5. WD Blue WD40EZRZ, 4TB, HDD, SATA III, 3.5" - 5W
  6. SAMSUNG 860 EVO MZ-76E500BW 500GB, 2.5", SATA III - 4W
  7. KINGSTON HyperX Predator HX430C15PB3K2/16 DDR4 - 2x 8GB 3000, DIMM, Ret

Where power consumption is not indicated, it is usually relatively low. MB, RAM is not critical. So, we consider: 200 + 1 +225 + 5 + 4 = 435 watts. Do not forget that there is still a periphery. Let's add 25%. 543 W. 543 W is the critical power consumption limit. It is also necessary to take into account that the power supply has energy efficiency and efficiency. Let you have a solid PSU that gives at least 90% efficiency. In total, a minimum of 600 W is required for this system (these are the numbers that are written on the PSU box). Plus, having a margin is very, very desirable, given that the Chinese could easily cheat at the expense of watts and efficiency. And this is the minimum 15 percent. And already a 700 W PSU (these are the numbers that flaunt on the box) is the norm and with a margin.
Here is an example scoring algorithm.

400 W can now be used as a paperweight. It is necessary to take a kilo and a half, so that everything is cultured.
