Jade & Stylus. What are the realities of the Russian market?

The fact is that now most people use Bootstrap, HTML5 Boilerplate, the same LESS or SASS. It is so popular that in web studios these items are specified in the requirements. But what if I want to use Jade & Stylus? If I want to use a separate responsive grid (jeet GS) and not the bootstrap one.
Will I have to accept and still succumb to the trend, or will I work in the environment in which I feel comfortable? There is also a question about what will happen if such a project on Jade & Stylus falls into the hands of another layout designer.
I'm just getting started, but I already seem to have outlined how I would like to arrange my working environment ( Jade + Stylus (nib, jeet.gs, rupture) and wrap it all in Gulp (with all the goodies like an autoprefixer, etc.) ).

if you want to work in a studio and use your favorite tools (which will become obsolete in a couple of years) - look for studios that suit your requirements.
if you want to work in a studio and still have freedom of choice, learn the most popular tools (which will also become obsolete in a couple of years).
if you want everything at once - learn regular css, become a master of native js. and then you can master any fashionable framework in a week.

Depends on the company.
Somewhere they rivet according to standards, in order to avoid misunderstandings.
And somewhere they give freedom to developers, although there is a certain risk in this.

If this is a prerequisite and you can not challenge it, then reconcile. If it doesn't matter, then use whatever you want.
Well, you should know both. Learning bootstrap will be useful

Depends on who you work with. If one - decide for yourself, if in a team - as usual (bring this topic up for discussion).
The customer, in fact, should not care how you do it - he needs a result.
When you buy bread in a store, do you care what kind of coals it was baked on?
Moreover, these technologies are not very sophisticated, the threshold for entering them is quite low. So you can afford to know both.
