Can this layout be called adaptive?

Good day to all!
I finally finished my first responsive layout! Please give an assessment, comrade experts. Please do not beat on the head, point out mistakes, give recommendations.
And can I call my layout adaptive?
That's what happened slaptev.ru/Sedona_public
Thank you for your attention!

And after the correction:
Just a little tweak.
And you can still check by overflowing the content, let's say the text is not two or three lines, but 5-6. You can also play with font sizes in the browser, unless of course the font is not px.

I don't like to look and check someone else's code, I'll say what I see visually - I liked the implementation, although I didn't like the layout) In general, as a customer, I would probably be satisfied.
Honestly, look at the code broken) Others will give an assessment)))

I looked from the phone 4.3 inches, it seems to be good, nothing has floated away :) can I ask a question? how did you put your layout on the internet? -_-

take a computer with a large monitor, a small laptop, a tablet and a phone. and open your site on all of them.
looks good? nothing moves out? no horizontal scrolling anywhere? Do the blocks overlap each other? Is the text readable everywhere? well, that means everything is fine.

Didn't find what you were looking for?
