Xeon X3440 + Asus P7H55 is this temperature dangerous?
Good day gentlemen. I must say right away that I am new to IT matters. The other day I bought an Asus P7H55 + Intel Xeon X3440 motherboard for the second computer , such a cooler . Worth a Windows 10 license. I overclocked it to 3.2GHz, did not change anything in voltage, timings, etc., just set the multiplier to 19 * 170.
Idle:
During the stress test through Aida, CPU-Z, CINEBENCH, the temperature rose from 70 to 79 degrees on the cores. The specifications say that the maximum temperature is 72 degrees. I would like to know if it is very critical that such a temperature?
Apologies in advance if this is a noob or stupid question.

I tried to update the bios from the asus website, it did not help.
