What devices/browsers should I test the web application for windows on?

I need to test deep links on windows. As far as I understood from Wikipedia, the last release of windows mobile took place in 2010, and it is no longer relevant, it makes no sense to test anything on it.
Then microsoft released windows phone , which is still relevant today.
I have never used windows phone, apparently I will have to ask my friends for devices. I suspect that it could not have done without IE.
Which browsers/windows versions should be limited to for testing?
