How to remove the error when deploying an application in Windows Phone?

After editing the application manifests ( Package.appxmanifest, WMAppManifest.xml (since Silverlight 8.1)) it stops deploying on the phone - it gives the error "The specified communication resource (port) is already in use by another application" and writes to the console "Installation failed. Please contact the software vendor . " Moreover, if everything is returned back as it was, the error will not go away.
I looked at the code of the manifests, there are no errors.
How can you solve this?

It was in the Requirements section, oddly enough.
It turns out that the Lumia 920 does not have a gyroscope, but it does.
