What current Adobe Photoshop course would you recommend!?

Hello!
Advise (and even better, throw in the cloud) the current course on mastering the Adobe Photoshop graphics editor from scratch!
I don’t know exactly what the latest current version of the program is now, but I think it will not be difficult to download its Russified version on a torrent ?!

Choose any online school. There are courses all over the place. Watch the first free lessons and choose where you like the presentation of the material.
But you will most likely be taught in the English version. So accepted.

Photoshop course is a hammer course.
It is better to solve specific practical problems and look for their solutions on YouTube. If you want to have systemic and fundamental knowledge, then you need courses in computer graphics in general, and not in a specific editor. But I haven't come across such topical courses yet.
