What CRM-system (service, site) to choose for the service center?

Good afternoon, I'm looking for some system to organize the work of the service center.
There was already a similar topic on the site, but nothing came up from there. Ordinary CRMs are no good: they are more geared towards managing the sales process. All specialized ones focus on the work of service centers for the repair of small gadgets.
The specifics are as follows: we have a service center that repairs and maintains medical equipment. The equipment database is large, and we keep a history for each device for several years: malfunctions, replacement of spare parts, etc. It is required to organize this whole process: working with the database on devices and editing their history, a list of clients, tasks \ calendar.

If you do not want to order / write your own, then you can think about how to adapt existing solutions to your specifics. This will work out faster and cheaper.
For example, in addition to sales, CRM is also designed to work with contacts. Contacts are usually represented by companies and contact persons. Everything is clear with companies, add your clients (these are most likely organizations, not individuals) to this section. If the organizations with which you work usually have only one representative, then you can enter it as a separate field in the company, and the equipment is entered in the Contact persons section. The entire history of the equipment is recorded in the contact card. If customers usually have more than one representative, then they and the equipment are recorded in the Contact persons section, but are marked with different types of contact or tags depending on the specific system.
The solution is not very beautiful, but you can quickly test it within the trial period for any SaaS system.

Судя по вашим требованиям - проще написать свою, да и дешевле тоже.

Специфичную систему лучше написать под себя, чем подстраиваться под существующие.

Попробуйте Uhet.store - это CRM для сервисных центров и ремонтных мастерских. Должна подойти и под вашу специфику, так как там ведётся и база клиентов, история заказов, то есть какую технику ремонтировали, какие запчасти и так далее. В том числе там можно следить за работой сотрудников, то есть ставить задачи, смотреть кто над каким заказом работает или работал, автоматически начислять зарплату сотрудникам. Когда у меня был небольшой сервисный центр, конечно, самостоятельно со всем справлялся. Но с увеличением работы уже потребовалась автоматизация. Уже больше года пользуюсь этой системой и с организацией работы крупного сервис-центра нет никаких проблем. CRM удобная, все нужные задачи собраны в одном интерфейсе. I agree, for me Uhet.store is the best system for a home appliance repair service. It is very convenient when maintaining a database of customers and orders, because there are a lot of them and there is no way without automation.
