Has anyone tried to integrate Livetex integration into their self-written CRM?

If anyone has worked with Livetex integration, they know that you can get data either by parsing webhooks or via web api.
Both of these methods do not pass all the required data.
The question is how you can combine the received data from 2 different options for obtaining data, while the time field does not match in different options, there is also no common identifier.
A specific PL is not interested, the correct algorithm is needed, how can this be implemented at all. (Supports of Livetex itself only shrug their shoulders and do not give a clear answer on their own API).
