What could be the problem in PC, low fps in games?

Hello, I have a problem with my PC, it lags a lot in games, csgo, wot, dota, valorant.
PC characteristics:
i5 4570
gtx 1060 3gb
16gb ram
fps in games:
in valorant - in batches 40 fps on full low settings
in csgo - 90 - 110
wot - low settings, "graphics 2007" - 30fps.
How can I check what could be the problem?
