Hey ! In general, I assembled the PC, connected everything properly, etc. when the monitor is connected to the video card, there is no signal, the speaker is silent on the post card, 00 and 2 lights of the frame and yclk diodes are on, the fan is spinning on the video card and the graphics chip is heating up, the processor is heating up, the RAM has changed, nothing has changed, the train starts (with a characteristic sound, just no signal ... I think the problem is in the video card, but I'm not sure.

it should squeak, memory and viduha have squeaks - look at the docks to the motherboard

There may or may not be a tweeter. It may be an unsupported processor. Look at the off site of the motherboard for supported CPUs and memory frequencies, compare with yours.

If there is suspicion of a video card, then it would be good to try a build with a different video card, and your video card with a different build, to narrow down the problem
