What CMS to use for distance learning?

Tell me on which cms is it better to make a distance learning center? I really like these two options: geekbrains.ru and interneturok.ru/ru can anyone have script outlines, or an idea how to do something similar with a minimum amount of knowledge? I say immediately moodle atutor and wp do not offer.
