CMS or script for simple file hosting?

I'm looking for a simple CMS to implement file sharing via http(c).
Requirements:
0. Generation of "random" links to the file.
1. Registration of users (administrators) or anonymous access.
2. Automatic deletion of files.
3. Logging is desirable when someone has downloaded with the output of information in the webmord.
4. A password is required for uploading files.
Purpose: file hosting on its own site, tired of questions about how to use FTP.
Ideally something like dropmefiles.com
