Why does the site work crookedly on a certain subdomain?

There is a taxogruz.ru website with subdomains (you can get to them by clicking on the city name in the header and selecting the appropriate city, or redirect if you enter with ip in the corresponding cities). Each subdomain has a copy of Joomla, with absolutely identical templates, but with the substitution of contact details and one common database.
Everything works fine on all subdomains, except for samara.taxogruz.ru. The top menu and meta tags disappear there, and when you click on the link in the address bar, the entire layout goes to the internal pages. I tried to change the subdomain name for Samara - everything works as it should. Everything gets messed up when the subdomain name is samara.
With what it can be connected?

Everything seems to be the same for you, that on taxogruz.ru, then on samara.taxogruz.ru and the meta tags are in place.
