WordPress Vs Bitrix?

Good afternoon.
Very often I see in freelancing that 2cms appear: wp & bitrix. I am absolutely not familiar with the second Cms, I have never worked. I would like to ask knowledgeable people: what is the difference between CMS data, how are they similar, what are the pros and cons you find? I would like to expand my horizons towards bitrix, as there are quite a lot of orders on it, but I don’t know yet if it’s worth it? I am also interested in the question regarding layout landing, in wp I am familiar with this process, there are a lot of lessons. I was looking for lessons for Bitrix, but I didn’t really find anything useful.
