How to view submitted forms in wordpress?

There will be a site with simple functionality, 2 buttons, "my applications" and "send application". Usually all feedback forms are sent and closed ... but I need the client to be able to view everything that he sent in the "my applications" section. Also next to each submitted form should be its status "approved" or "not approved", which is set by the site admin. How can this be done in wordpress? Does anyone know a special template or plugin?

When submitting the form, you simply create a record with custom_type, bind the record to a user who can view them (menu "My applications"), statuses in the form of additional. fields are made. There is nothing complicated if you know how to "pull the template" a little deeper.
