What cms or ready-made solution to choose for a sports club?

We have a sports league. It is necessary that participants could register for different types of events (trainings, games, tournaments, etc.) and see the description of the event and other participants. And the organizers can see the number of athletes, the statistics of their participation in events.

I'm not sure there is something specific. But I would advise you to take a popular CMS, focusing on the necessary plugins or modules - Drupal, ModX, Joomla, LiveStreet. But it still needs improvement.
If the organization is non-profit, then you can try to find volunteers here . If you still have money, then you can look for performers on the stock exchange.
