Hello gentlemen. The question is hackneyed, but nevertheless relevant. I do it on my own. I don't have a lot of knowledge in development, but I'm learning fast.
We need an online store for 1k goods without the online payment function, only ordering through the site. In theory, there should be categories, a product filter, a card, a basket, unloading goods from csv and automatic synchronization with this file once a day, for example. No personal account required.
We need the fastest option in terms of loading pages, as well as for developing on our own, with the ability to turn off all unnecessary functions and finish some things for ourselves with minimal time investment.
I thought about doing something on nuxt.js, but I realized that it would take too much time with my knowledge, I began to look towards WooCoomerce. Many spit on him, and did not see any objective reasons, only some personal hostility. What do you advise?

Using plugins is great, but versatility is the flip side of speed.
And you are faced with a choice, which means that there is no good knowledge of any cms yet. And each of them has its pros and cons. You will re-read a bunch of materials and still be left with a choice.
My suggestion is to take a system for which there is a lot of documentation, preferably in Russian. And read, read, read.
Personally, I am learning woocommrce + wordpress. Shop for 600 products, about 6000 variations. So far I haven't met any unsolvable problems. I wrote the synchronization myself, the sets of goods - I took the plug-in and corrected it for the needs, etc.
And one moment. Tasks will always change. Now you say 1000 goods, tomorrow you will need 1500. You will always find a compromise solution.
