What chip / key / tag format is suitable for recording an NFC key from an intercom?

Confused by the nuances.
There is an intercom key at a frequency of 13.56mhz (nfc in everyday life), what cards are needed to copy it? With just writable data or do you need a mutable UID?
I would be wildly grateful if you give the exact name of the chip, by which you can find cards / intercom tags with the necessary parameters on the alik.

It's not NFC, it's Mifare.
Whether a changeable UID is needed depends on the intercom (controller), how exactly the protection is implemented.
Changeable UID cards are called Mifare Zero.
More often than not, a mutable UID is not needed.

@i7axa

we have installed a vizit intercom with NFC tags. I took several keys, read them, they all have different id and data. on all tags there are 20 pages, according to the standard there should be 15 if I understand correctly.
like a hash of a tag id and a door id. on page 19 FFFFFF00
for copying, mifare ultralight zero page rewritable (20 pages) is needed, until I found where to get it.
