How to flash mi band 2 for background measurement and high heart rate notifications?

I need to reflash the mi band 2 fitness bracelet so that it would
measure the pulse in the background at a certain interval
and notify me by vibrating if the pulse exceeded the maximum or minimum value.
I tried a bunch of different programs
Mi fit, Mi band Master, Mi Bandage, Mi HR,
In Mi band Master, in principle, you can set this up, but for this you need to have bluetooth on the phone all the time
And I need it to notify me regardless of whether there is a phone nearby or not.
Can this be configured somehow?

IMHO - no way. That's why these devices are cheap - because their brains are in the phone, really.
