What certificates for frontend-developer exist?

Essence of the question.
I am self-taught (surprised?) in web-development. Long before that, Linux was just a hobby.
I worked as a freelancer, then remotely, now in the office - as a Frontend Developer.
My question is - what certifications as a Frontend Developer or Linuxoid could I get, for myself and to give more weight to my profile / resume?
I understand that something like certificates from Microsoft? But I don't know for sure, that's why I asked.

The only sane certificate is a cool portfolio. No one is interested in these achievements of yours. The employer will look at what you can do, not at these fictitious certificates.
