What causes a long Win10 reboot (10-15 minutes) on an SSD?
The system starts up instantly (1-2 seconds), but if you need to reboot after updating the drivers or just press restart in the start menu, then the computer comes to life only after 10-15 minutes. What could be the problem?

Try to see what happens at the time of loading and shutting down:

Without knowing the details - how can you find the cause.
Maybe it's in your domain (well, at least the "system administration" tag can indirectly talk about this), and the dns of the curve points to the gateway and not the domain controller, it looks a lot like a dns problem.
