Running restricted programs using a domain administrator account?
What is the essence of the question in more detail. There is a computer with Windows 8.1 located in a domain, it has a group policy that prohibits the launch of exe from the desktop. However, if there is a need to still run this exe, then Run as administrator is performed with a request for the login and password of the domain admin.
And there is a computer with Windows 7, also in the domain, the same restriction policy applies and it works. However, when you still need to run the exe, I press Run as administrator, then the exe starts without any login and password requests ..
Well, the question is, is it possible to enable the same authorization as in the eight? Or is there simply no such functionality in the seven?
